Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00. Check-out must be completed by 12:00. Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Reservation & Payment Policy
A full or partial advance payment is required to confirm a reservation. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full stay amount may be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Villa da Comporta offers different cancellation conditions depending on the rate, accommodation type and time of year.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After this deadline, the full reservation value will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full amount will equally be charged.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total value. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
The full reservation value is charged at the time of confirmation and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show.
Pets
Pets are admitted subject to prior authorisation. Additional cleaning fees may apply, and a security deposit may be requested to cover any potential damage. Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas, both indoors and outdoors.
Security Deposit & Damages
Villa da Comporta does not require an advance security deposit. However, guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. In the event of damage, payment may be requested after check-out, up to a maximum of €250 per stay, without prejudice to the right to claim additional compensation for greater damages.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning is included according to the length of stay. For longer stays, additional cleaning may be arranged on request. For shorter stays, extra cleaning may incur an additional charge.
House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and in all indoor common areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Parties, events or social gatherings of a festive nature are not permitted.
Quiet hours must be observed between 23:00 and 07:00.
Guests must use the facilities responsibly, ensuring the good condition of the accommodation and common areas.
Liability
Villa da Comporta is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to keep all personal belongings safely stored.
Safety
In case of emergency, guests should contact the emergency number 112 and follow the safety instructions available in the accommodation.
